Refund & Return Policy

At No Sweat, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging.

All returns must be sent back to our warehouse at the customer's own expense.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

Clearly mention your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for return.

Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.

Shipping fees are non-refundable if shipment processed

If the customer paid shipping fees upfront for an order that was never shipped, those fees will be refunded in full.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive the returned items at our warehouse and confirm they are in acceptable condition, we will process your refund.

A full refund of the product amount (excluding shipping charges) will be issued to your original payment method within 1–3 business days of receipt.

Additional Notes

Products returned damaged, opened, or used may not be eligible for a refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items to avoid lost packages.
